To make a reservation is simple, just look the tours we provide and let us know which tour you want. Or, if you have your own/special itinerary or custom tour, let us know then we will create a necessary itinerary for you. After you agree it then we will ask you some deposit to fix the book.
The balance for all bookings must be paid 60 days before the holiday is due to commence. We will inform you monies paid and the balance due for the holiday you have chosen. If the balance is not paid, the booking will be deemed to have been cancelled. Payment should be by bank transfer. After receipt of balance we will send you written confirmation of all monies paid.
If you are booking less than three months before the date of departure of the tour you will be asked to send at least 50 percent of the tour price or full payment.
We reserve the right to treat the holiday as canceled and levy a cancellation charge of 100% of the holiday cost if the full payment is not received by the due date. In any event, you will be responsible for payment of any additional costs that may arise as a result of your late payment. Prices at any time can be made without notice if the exchange rate is getting low.
Any cancellation by you of a definite booking must be notified to us in writing through email and will take effect on the day that this is received by us. In the event of you canceling your booking the following scale of charges will apply.
100 days or more before departure: 100% of total deposit paid*
50–99 days before departure: 50% of final tour price
31–49 days before departure: 75% of final tour price
1-30 days before departure: 100% of final tour price
Day of departure or later: 100% of final tour price
No refund can be given for any unused accommodation, meal, flight or other service provided as part of the holiday. Important: If it becomes necessary that we have to cancel and postpone a particular holiday, whether it be through insufficient reservations before the tour runs, then payments will be refunded in full. But if the reservation is sufficient and holiday/tour is running then the guide/leader is illness, getting accident and cause he cannot lead the tour because of that accident or illness or cannot join because he must go to church or mosque, or any other important or emergency things, or beyond the limits of human ability, etc the holiday/tour keeps running. If these occur, we take responsibility to replace the guide/leader with at least a guide speaking english or if possible a trained guide so you do enjoy your holiday, then it will not be deemed as cancellation.

As a general rule we use best hotels or middle class and comfortable hotels with rooms with European standard bathrooms, wherever possible. We accommodate same accommodation or same level or best lodges in the birding places that is normally used by any other tour companies from abroad. In locations or especially in remote areas where such accommodations are unavailable we use simpler accommodations, we have no choice but to use basic or even very basic accommodations.
Please bear in mind that in locations especially in remote areas shower and hot water are not available. So mandi is always. And the electric is not available for 24 hours. And sometimes we get problem with no electric and black off. No complaining for these matters.
We provide to share room with another. We normally use Twin Bed (two smaller beds), Double bed (one large bed) is also available. If you don’t want to share room with another, we can help you to provide a single room for you but we will charge it then. Please also note that in other remote places there is not twin bed room available or even single room. So, we cannot also guarantee to have single room. We very appreciate your understand to share room with another .
Please also note that although we are in the remote area but the price is the same price with starts hotels in the country. ( We also appreciate you not to smoke in the room if you are sharing with a non-smoker.).
During the tour runs a smoker must stay on the back line. And make sure that the smoke does not disturb for any participants. It is also not allowed to smoke inside the vehicle.
